| Description of the problem | Takata recall i received notice that my 2010 mb e550 has a recall for the air bag in may of 2016, to date no update on when it will be replaced. Contacted mb customer assistance and told no word on when it will be available. As this is my primary vehicle this is unacceptable. I am worried about driving around with what is tad amount to a time bomb in my car. Called local dealer and got runaround as well. What is ntsb doing to expedite this situation? I cant rent a car for years and i ca't sell the vehical knowing it is "defective". |
